Here we see Noah recognizing the seriousness of what God has done. Clearly, this idea of animal sacrifice came from somewhere. It is safe to assume that God had already communicated that this was a way to worship. With the word “clean” we see some of Noah’s heart. Noah clearly had a concern for what was acceptable to God. We undoubtedly can see in Noah that there can be no worship without obedience. The concept of obedience in regards to worship is even clearer in the life of Abraham. There can be
